If going into the floor dept or need a new appliance you need to see Cheryl she is extremely help an very good to work with! I purchased my new floor with her an will be back to see her for my kitchen appliances An any other item I might need, also I live 20 miles away from this store an pass one on the way !!!

I live near a home depot in my community but I chose to drive the extra miles to go to the Willow Grove store because they are always ready to serve you with the biggest smile I have ever seen. Great please to do business.

Ed from the paint department was able to save me a lot of money and frustration by fixing a color match. He was extremely helpful and explained what he was doing each step. I am very appreciative that he was there today and able to fix what I thought wasn't going to be possible.

I've been coming to this Home Depot store for years. The store is always neat, clean, and both the working people and customer service personnel are always helpful and willing to assist me in locating products. But best of all, I always find someone who will take the time to explain in detail how to install or apply a product correctly and safely. Whenever I have an infrequent return, customer service is friendly and helpful with no problem. This Home Depot has everything a homeowner needs to maintain or upgrade the home and landscape. We always purchase our perennial plants and annual flowers, mulch, topsoil, etc here. They have the BEST prices on light bulbs and electrical and plumbing equipment and supplies. I've reduced our electricity bill so much with all the wonderful low wattage soft white color LED light bulbs (6 watts, for example), that I don't complain anymore if someone in the house leaves a light on!! It's a great and fun store to shop in....I could spend a whole day there just roaming the aisles and examining all the wonderful new products that are available for uses around the home!

If you are a VETERAN you WILL NOT get your 10% discount just showing a STATE ID that states VETERAN on it.....HOW MUCH MORE PROOF DO YOU NEED????? I have never been to a store where I was rejected my 10% discount, very disappointing!!!!

The store and its product lines are well stocked. As a contractor , I wish that the layouts were somewhat similar so I can find what I need and get back to my jobsite.

First time I have ever been in this store, last time I will be in this store. I deal with Home Depot a lot, this was the worst one I have ever been in.The people I had to deal with at the prodesk, wasted my time and really did not do much to help. Items I needed, out of stock. Did not receive any help in loading with what was ordered at another Home Depot and picked up at this one. Caused more problems over all then worth going into the place. Ran me from one counter to the other, "I do not know, go here." or "Probably the other desk" or even better, "This is not my department". I'm a veteran, served my country all so I could have what happen to me. I went to Lowes, much better service and people went out of their way to help me achieve my goal. Something this store could learn from.

Three out of three deliveries were messed up each time. Damaged product, product missing, no show or decided not to come the day of delivery.

This is my favorite Home Depot for shopping. The store is clean and has everything you need. The associates are friendly, knowledgeable and goes out of their way to assist you. The atmosphere is contagious.

What I generally like the most about the store is the staff, whether Dan in plumbing, or Keith in hardware, or Dan in Hardware, or Walt, Mike and Keith in Contractor services. They are so often helpful. Megan sells her heart out as cashier, and Flo also. Because I am there so often, it is encouraging to be recognized and greeted. That is just a short list as I think your staff are your most valuable asset. it is also nice that I can usually find what I need, and when I cant or I think something is wrong, staff has always tried to make it right.

Another great experience at this Home Depot. All associates helpful along the way. We received prompt assistance in lumber department without having to search store. Associate was friendly and willing to assist.

I was able to find the product I was looking for very easily. I was able to get assistance right away by asking the first salesperson who walked by, and he was more than happy to assist me in finding the product I was looking for. The store was clean and isles and products neatly stacked and isles marked well. The associates were friendly and helpful.

There wasn't one employee in store who did not offer to assist me on 5/24/17. Store was clean and organized. Flowers/Plants in good stock and watered.
