The primary reason I'm writing this review is the friendliness and helpfulness of the representative who asked me if I needed help, walked me to the products and said as he went to help others, "Have a good day." Also, the checkout person was extremely friendly and helpful with a complication. Thank you!!

This is a great store, but is difficult to get in on out of from route 611. They always have better quality products than Lowes, and their associates are far more knowledgeable. It could use another entrance/exit from a side road rather than having to deal with the light on route 611.

I purchased a patio set the gentleman in patio helped me via phone and the lady in customer service finished helping me purchase the transaction by phone. Very helpful though they were busy they helped me get the set and were extremely nice! Great customer service

Very Efficient Paint Dept. Was offered a bottle of water at entrance on hot day

The customer service in both the paint dept and rental services was excellent. Employees were knowledgeable AND pleasant. A nice change :)

Only self checkout and the contractor line was open and the long was crazy. They finally opened up more registers and of course I had a tile with a ripped tag so I held up the line as they called the department. And then was charged for a box of tile and not a single tile, so overcharged by $20

I had a small project to take care of that needed 4 timber's cut to specific lenghts. I would have to get my saw, extention cords, measure and cut. So, I thought it would be easier if I just had the wood cut at the store. Man was I right. The associate cut the timbers for me at 6:30 am on Friday and by 10:00 AM Saturday I was done. Very helpful and friendly and competent sales staff. The store has all the basics plus some. There are frequently sale items not on line that are wonderful. Just got a great deal on a 6 foot wood picnic table. Clean, spacious, parking excellent. Ez access. I always go here first.

The store is well stocked and the employees are very helpful and courteous.

Love the kids workshop--first Saturday of the month. Love the selection of plants and that I can speak with a professional about the best plant to suit a given area.

I came in with a paper gift card. I was using the self-service checkout and after I rang up my purchases, was a bit puzzled as to how to use the gift slip. An employee noticed my puzzlement and came over to help. He was joined by the self-service attendant. They cheerfully put through the slip for me. Great service.

Beautiful, clean, spotless store. Aisles were in absolute order and products neatly arranged and easy to find!

My Dad and I put in a new hot water heater, which was purchased at Home Depot. The above mentioned men were there every step of the way to help with parts and to assist us with the pesky round metal pipe that we (dad and I) could not put together. Without your help gentleman we might not be done. Thanks for your professionalism, humor and overall help. Much appreciated.

This Home Depot has great customer service, they are always ready to help you,,,, that's why I always go there, and it's way better than Lowes a hundred times better!!

I was very happy with the help that I received in the gardening section; although the store overall could use a good sweeping.

I always ask the store associates for directions to where products are and advice on the products. I do a lot of the buying of products & services for my family. I always walk away a satisfied customer. I tend to frequent the Willow Grove location because of the staff, quality of the merchandise & the shopping experience is always a positive one.

Long time customer. Friendly service. Items I need are always in stock. On one occasion, I had to return a tool that did not function, and there was no hassle involved. The ONLY thing that irritates me about Willow Grove is the Entrance on one end and the Exit on the other. Maybe that's the layout of all Home Depots? Equal human cashier-to- self check-out cashier ratio would be nice too.

The Willow Grove PA Home Depot is a very professional well organized store!! I appreciate their work ethic while I do many home improvements to our home!!

Home Depot has just about everything you could possibly need for home or business repairs/remodeling, but what keeps me coming back are the employees. It's usually the ladies working by the contractor entrance who greet and assist me. They never fail to welcome me like family and point me to the exact spot of the product(s) I am seeking. The employees at HD-WG never seem to be having a bad day and I am always delighted to see them. And I have yet to be able to stump them with a product location. Give the employees by the contractor entrance raises!! And hugs!!!

All employees ay "my favorite store" are always friendly & knowledgeable.

The staff were very friendly. I bought a washer and had to cancel my purchase for personal reason, the transaction went smoothly.
