I had never been to this location before. I needed to rent a lawn mower, and the associates were most helpful in making my experience a very pleasant one from start to finish. I definitely will be going back and recommending it to all my family and friends.

For this visit the items I was looking for were easy to find. My previous visit a couple weeks ago, was very good also. Had adequate help available to load my car with my plants and gardening supplies. And as mentioned previously in the main survey, I was so thankful for the cashier's assistance at the self check out because I was more tired than I thought and I did not see an open check out aisle that was not self check out..

I went to your competitor. Found the paint counter unmanned. Waited. No one came. Found a store associate, who said that he could not help me. He was busy with something else. Left your competitor. Went to Home Depot. Immediately upon entering the paint area, a Home Depot associate greeted me. He helped me select paint. This guy knew paint - different brands, different qualities, best price. Gave me advice on my entire re-painting project. Checkout was not only speedy, but the checkout person also told me about Home Depot card. The contrast between your competitor and Home Depot was like night and day. All big box stores are not alike. Home Depot won me over today.

The appliance department was easy to find, there were plenty of products to compare/contrast, the sales help was knowledgeable and did not pressure me to make a purchase.

Jim showed us how to stain wood we were buying and picked out everything we needed!

The gentleman who helped me in the paint department was super friendly and knowledgeable.

I was approached by a blackshirt isle roaming salesman. I politely said thanks im not interested. He continued on being very Rude and Condicending, to the put the conversation moved to in front of the customers in the self checkout line where things got even more heated as i continued to tell him about how i was a customer who wanted to simply shop and purchase there products and he could not understand how i wanted to be left alone to get what i needed. He continued to badger me about how it was his job to approach custromers and pulled out a business card that had almost 30 tic marks on it from all the customers he approached that day. He was beyond rude. I felt very unvalued as a customer who has been pridefully shopping at the home depot for over 18 years. He was disingenuous, rude and couldnt care less about what i was there for and made it quite clear he only viewed the customer as a number to meet his monthly sales quota instead of a person interested in purchasing products from his company. This may have been the last time I step foot into the Willow Grove Home Depot and I am probably going to cancel my Home Depot c/c card. I have never been treated so rudely.

Neat store, very helpful employees. Good selection of items at fair prices.

The associates at this location have always been friendly. We've prefer to get our lumbar needs at this location than any other.

I am the independent type of shopper ,only need help once in a while . I find the staff willing to ask you if you need help. If you need help the staff is willing to give it to you.

I have ordered online and picked-up in-store a few times now, and I have always had a great experience. The products are always ready for me, and an associate has always been available right away.

I love Home Depot and will always choose it over the other home improvement stores!

Our online purchase was ready to be picked up when we arrived in the store. We made some additional purchases, and Home Depot associates were readily available to guide us to the aisles where the items we wanted could be found. I would have liked to have seen more than one self-propelled lawn mower on display. There were a dozen or more regular push mowers out on the floor (it seemed that many of these were of the same model), but, even though Home Depot carries several models of self-propelled mowers, only one (not the one I wanted) was on display.

Been shopping here for years and have always been sated. Prices and availability along with quality equals success. I've never had an attitude from any associate, they are always helpful and cordial, and if I can't find something, they always do. Rarely is an item out of stock, at least in my 12 years buying here. Keep up the good work!

Buying doors was seamless. Getting door and storm door installed took from the beginning of March to the end of May!! Unacceptable!!! My storm door was measured wrong, had to be sent back, then came in and was lost!! It had to be found and then, a new installation date had to be set up for the 3rd time!!! 12 or more phone calls to get staff to call me back and rearrange schedules was heartbreaking and tiresome. We finally got door installed and I was promised compensation!

Kevin Travis and manager on duty John went way above and beyond with the assistance with a large complicated walk-in order. They showed me several benefits I was missing as a pro-extra customer and discussed their commercial account options. They both approached me and offered assistance and were very nice and professional the entire time I was there. And they even arranged to have Alexander help load my Uhaul for me. All 3 were quite simply professionally perfect to work with. Kudos to all 3 and the store was VERY clean as well. Thanks! Jason

Everything was very clean. People at the paint counter were very helpful. Got me everything I needed and out of the store within five minutes. Love the great service.

The store was clean and shelves was well stocked but however i was quiet dissatisfied with the treatment and the lack of the response by some of the sales associates and when i did get an sales associate to help they just would say ''i'll be right with you'', associates literally left me waiting between ten mins or so maybe longer before i decided to look for associate and when i found the associate helping out another costumer on making a decision on a product. i asked the associate did he forget about me he just apologize and help with finding the product. but after checking out i needed help loading the product on to my truck. they cashier page for an associate three times and ten mins no response no associate an elder associate help me from return. The elder associate was polite when helping. but my overall experience at Willow Grove home depot would've been totally poor if it wan't for the cleanliness of the store and the availability of the product. it seems like to me some of thee associates was overwhelmed because of having an shortage in staff the they were being impatient and being unwillingness to help me properly. just flat out need more associates.

The men in the paint department really took the time to help me and the other people who were waiting there. They addressed everyone and told them how long it would be before they would be free. The asked everyone who needed paint about using the virtual paint computer and showed me and many others how to use it. They were friendly and worked continually while still being pleasant and happy to be there. They worked well together helping each other out. I have been coming to your store since it opened and have to say I think your customer service is very lacking. You can never find anyone to help you and when you do they make you feel like you are bothering them. These men were a pleasant suprise!

Went to purchase twelve (12) bags of a particular mulch. Checked and exact item was available. Made purchase inside store and yard associate personnel loaded bags of mulch in van. Very friendly cashier and yard person. Made shopping quick and easy. In and out within 5 minute. Great shopping experience.

Most of the time the store has what I am looking for. Sometimes there are more employees in the store than customers, and one or more customers has to stand in line waiting for someone to help them (what I call the "Best Buy School of Customer Service"), but people are nice and genuinely want to help you.

Great service staff who display a consistently helpful, courteous attitude.
