I really like how the associates welcome you when you walk in and throughout the store. The store was very clean and the floors looked shiny. I did notice they downsized the customer service area and wish they could bring that back. It appears now that there is not enough people working in customer service and this is always going to be a big necessity.

Kellyann provided above and beyond customer assistance helping me find an item that had been placed in the wrong location. Without her help and perseverance, I would have left empty handed and unhappy. Instead, I am a very happy customer. Thanks Kellyann!

I wish to bring to your attention the outstanding customer service, attention to detail and professionalism of one of your associates working in the customer returns/special order desk. Katlyn was extremely helpful and diligent in assembling my special order as well as cashing out my in-store purchases. Katlyn's dedication to my customer satisfaction is noteworthy for two reasons. 1. Customers generally do not find such personal attention in big box stores. 2. Katlyn's ability, efficiency, and professional demeanor are not commonly found in associates as young as Katlyn appears to be. I encourage Home Depot to make every effort to retain employees of Katlyn's outstanding caliber. Also, please note that Katlyn's supervisor, Kimberly also was very helpful, as well as demonstrating a vast degree of knowledge and experience in her supervisory duties. I have shopped in Home Depot since at least 2000, both here in North Carolina and in Alaska. I will assure you, through my own personal experiences and numerous contacts with Home Depot associates as well as various Management types, that Katlyn and Kimberly are the best, clearly superior and a tremendous asset to the Home Depot operation. These are not solicited comments and observations, I was not encouraged by anyone to make them. Regarding the store. It is cluttered, with some very dim lighting in the aisles with pallets of stock waiting for stocking. While gray 16x16x1 and 12x12x1 plain pavers are available, 9x12/18x1 are not. Yet, assorted sizes of other pavers are available. Signage in the block storage area is not accurate. Selection of solar powered security/spot lights is lacking.

Great experience in flooring with salesman Romeo. He went above and beyond to assist me. I've never had a better shopping experience.

Tired of dealing with big box stores with clueless employees? Than go to this Home Depot! The people that work there are friendly, knowledgeable, and go the extra step. If they can't find something they try try try until they can. It is a well managed staff with longstanding employees that really are good at customer service.

Clean store, organized, knowledgeable staff

I have been a Restoration Specialist for over 15 years restoring houses, flipping them, renting them and now training others to do the same in my line of work. Clearly, I have lots of experience with stores like Home Depot. I like Home Depot a lot because the employees at the Racine location have been there awhile, are knowledgeable and very helpful. People like Charlie, Val, and Gary always go out of their way to help. There are lots of other wonderful employees that help too, I just don't know all of their names. So, good job to a good team! Look forward to seeing you tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day.

Our visit to the Home Depot store was pleasant , it was our first visit to this location , Valerie the cashier was very friendly and wanted to make sure our day was good....

The other Home Depot's should learn by this stores example. The employees are the back bone of each store and at this store, they made themselves not only available, but eager to help solve any issue I had. Thank you so much.

The cashiers and everybody in the store seemed genuinely happy instead of just doing their job to appear happy.

I must say if you are working in the city of Wilmington NC you will find this location very easy to get into and out of in a hurry.

Home Depot does a great job of maintaining neat and clean stores - and this particular trip I had a great customer service experience. Friendly and engaging and she went the extra mile to tell me the exact aisle where my items were located so i didn't have to wander the entire store like I tend to do. Staff is well trained and very helpful.

The staff working in this location are the best. Always up for helping you out and always have a smile on their face. Great group of people.

Your younger employees need better training or more focus on their jobs. Twice the information that young employees gave me was incorrect. Luckily there were more mature and more knowledgeable employees available to correct the misinformation. Please realize that the "youngsters" need to stay the heck off their cell phones and focus on the business and the customers. I spent 30 minutes looking for the items I intended to purchase because a young lady (at the customer service desk) couldn't focus on locating the two items. I love your store but it seems that you are failing to properly screen your new-hires!

Store was clean and organized. Found help quickly with the project that we were working on. Store employee very helpful and friendly. Product availability was great. We had a very enjoyable experience.

Another great sale. The RIDGID impact driver and drill on the 4th of July Sale. And the great employee Billy Price showed me the sale and how to the registration works for lifetime service agreement.
