I am old and have a severe speech impediment. I applied for a business credit card. Both Dale and Wendy were so helpful. They took a stressful act and made it simple. They walked me through every step and were helpful when I had trouble answering something or struggled expressing myself. It was a very positive day for me.

Went in to get a wash/dryer combo. The person we spoke to had very little knowledge about what he was trying to sell, had no customer service abilities (or human interaction abilities for that matter) and he gave us the wrong invoice with another customer's personal information on it which I didn't catch until I went home already. So Mr. Rodriguez, sorry I have your invoice, you might have mine! Also is taking weeks to get the washer/dryer which is infuriating.

Pro desk associate Maria Torres was the most excellent experience I have ever had at the HD Pro Desk. The help she provided, and the way she approached her work was over and above others that I have worked with at both HD and other competitors. This needs to be noticed!

I love the employees attention, help and kindness that we get from Mac and Bill!! It was late, the store was closing but they were not in a hurry to go home, instead they help us to find the item we were looking for, and giving us options with a smile in a face. They even took an extra 35 minutes after closing helping us loading!!! That is what I expect when I come to shop there!! I don't have knowledge of everything and I am glad they take the time to help me!!! I like that although people attitude are changing, the employees there still giving a great customer service!!! I am more happy now to start our project!!Thanks
