I ordered online for pick up email said it could take up to 2 hrs to get confirmation of my order I got it in an hour said order was ready for pick up get to the store in and out 10 minutes the workers were very polite kind and helpful. BEST STORE EVER

As long as you get the helpful people this store is great Jamilee always knows my name and is happy to help me No Tom in lumber recognize me goes the other way even refused to cut wood for me stay clear of him or better yet complain and maybe he will get fired for his attitude towards customer. Jamilee make it all good and should be give compliant for all she does, if not for her great help I may not still shop at this store

The customer service at this HD makes it stand out/above other home improvement stores, even other Home Depots! Every employee here is helpful and friendly but Steve, Sharon and Jeremiah are real standouts. Store managers are readily available and willing to go the extra effort. I've been "wow'd" 4 visits in a row now and this is my HD of choice simply because of the stellar level of service.

Are you tired of looking for hours. Go to a place where they meet you at the door with a smile and show you to what you are looking for at that time.

Needed temporary downspouts due to icing. Found what we needed. All parts purchased worked well. Staff was very nice and engaged in conversation while we were checking out today.

This is like a Christmas store to the person who is looking for Home do it yourself items. The employees are friendly and often stopped to ask if I need any help. It's a place to go to browse, imagine what could be done, and then get help turning a project into a reality.

I ended up making 3 seperate trips within 4 hours due to 2 DIFFERENT emergancies with my property in the dells. Vikki and sherri at self checkou and Cindy at returns along with Rick in the plumbing department ended up my hero! he helped me quickly find everything i needed and i am thankful for a strong team like the Delton store. Keep it up!

Rick, bob, justin, Skip, dakota, kaye, mitch and Cody are AMAZING. anything you need help with from electrical to hardware these guys have you covered. I ONLY SHOP AT Lake Delton. til i leave wisconsin i would drive two hours to continue to shop here exclusively
