Great Store Friendly Cashier

The sales cashier, Vashundra, was amazing, helpful, and patient with us.

This has been my go to store since I moved in this area a few years back. The choices for tools, hardware and lumber are better than at other places and sometimes they have great deals

They cost my project more time and money.

The day time older paint employee is the best for having knowledge about paints and he does an excellent job mixing the color you need. He is excellent at matching colors! Brian is another employee that remember who I was even though I forgot he assisted me before. He is always friendly . It’s nice to have the employees recognize you and they already know what you need. These two employees have the best customer service which is rare to see. The store restroom is always clean and the store is organized which makes it easy to find what you are looking for.

I only wish the website was a bit easier to navigate. What a good experience I had this weekend. Is HD under new management?!?!? I was greeted by Sydnie in customer service. I had items that needed to be exchanged. She was nice, took care of my transaction with out any hassles. There was a huge line when I came in. Other employees walking around just looking at the line, but I will assume they were busy working on something else, while we were blocking the entrance! Sydnie made the wait worth it! Just because she was super nice. Someone stopped me on the way to lumber, and I thought "he wants to sell me the A/C here".. but no, he was asking if I needed assistance.. I was amazed... so nice. I told him I was headed to lumber and thanked him. I received help by a young man in lumber. I checked out, and no one offered to help, I said I will figure it out. Well, another young man walking out, (who I thought might be going on break) followed me and asked me if I needed help. Sometime its better to say "Let me help you with that!" than to ask, but me being a girl, accepted the help!!!

Cydnie at service and returns is always very friendly and helpful and going in to pick up online orders.

This store is clean and all the associates are extremely friendly, helpful and have great job knowledge. I would highly recommend this store.

Cydnie handled my return quickly and with humor.

There were two large rats fighting in the racks when one rat then fell to the ground and ran across the aisle to another rack. A store employee confirmed the store has a rat infestation and even showed me the bare candy and chocolate counters are empty next to the checkout lanes because of this. Get rid of the rats!

Friendly store with knowledgeable staff. They go over and beyond to help out. I always leave with a happy shopping experience.

I was able to get the assistance I needed for the purchase of a refrigerator that was not in stock, but is scheduled to be in stock in August 2020. The Store Associate, Ms. D. Harris searched the Home Depot system finding the refrigerator needed and completed a back-order purchase without any problems.

Always friendly. Steve in the paint dept is the man. He’s an expert. He was a long time painter and has been at HD for a long time too. Go see him for anything paint related. See Juanetta in customer service. She will take care of you like a champ!

Waited over an hour in curbside pick up. Only 2 other vehicles waiting and they were there over an hour as well. Employees are generally rude, sarcastic and extremely condescending when asked questions.
