Bags of softener salt were outside and covered in bird droppings. Had to dig through a couple layers till the bags were clean. Bad thing since they are perforated on the sides just waiting to get somebody sick.

CASHIER NEVER GAVE ME ALL OF MY MERCHANDISE AND HAD TO GO BACK TO THE STORE AGAIN

The Home Depot pretty much always has what I need.

I was able to get everything in one trip and the associate helped me.

i found excalty what i wanted. is a very clean store and very organized. can use more help with loading.

The store was clean, well lighted and associates were very well informed in directing me to what I wanted to purchase. The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable about the products and gave me suggestions which were helpful to do the project I planned to accomplish.

I have a list of things I needed that were scattered throughout the store. Every associate who helped us knew exactly where we needed to look. They also took the time to explain things and answer all our questions. Found almost everything I needed.

I always have good experiences with homedepot. The only recommendation would be to put more cashier available because most of the time are two and I need to do the selfcheck out. I really prefer the cashier but if I am in a hurry I need to use the self check out counter.

I was able to find and talk to some one, get the stain and a new kind of deck staining tool that I needed. My project is almost done and I am happy.

I was shopping for ceramic tile supplies and found Ginny to be most helpful and very knowledgeable on everything that I needed answers on ! So glad that I chose the Wyomissing store to shop for my supplies to tile my floor ! Thanks Ginny for making my project allot easier with all your knowledge and help !

Overall the service I received was professional and excellent from my contact with the first sales associate I encountered was doing something else in a different department and stop what she was doing and assisted to my need for help in another department. She located the associate for the plumbing department and let me know what aisle to meet him in! They made my visit run smooth ease.

Store is in a convenient location. Plenty of parking. Easy to find items that you're looking for and the associates are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Shopped for plants & flowers. Associates were very helpful. Jacob at check out was friendly & efficient. All sales were current & signed well, unlike an earlier visit to Lowes where signage was confusing/ambiguous & associates were dismissive. I am a manager in retail & appreciate a well-run store. My Home Depot experience was excellent!

Store was very organize and clean, people were very friendly and helpful. Good samples of cabinets, counter tops. Just a great overall experience with everything.

My daughter and I are first time homeowners and our house was built around 1920. It's a little overwhelming and scarey but we have been going to Home Depot for about 2 years now and plan on spending much more time there. Not just to buy but to learn. We are far from wealthy and can't always afford items right away but we can research and put money aside and Home Depot and their employees are wonderful!!! As women, we highly recommend this store to other women who are DIYing!!! Thankl you, #4110 Wyomissing Home Depot for being there for us!!!

While shopping for a dehumidifier, we asked for help from the sales associate and received the best service. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was courteous and took the time to explain how dehumidifies work and how to match the size of the room to the power of the appliance. I will happily return to the store in Wyomissing, PA any time.

I can't believe the lawnmowers were displayed high up on a shelf.... had to wait for an associate to get it down so I can look at it. Just seemed strange I cant be the only customer that has asked to get one down. Lawnmower arnt cheap and if im going to be cutting the grass every week I want to make sure im comfortable with the equipment that I am buying.

They pretty much always have what I need. It is almost always one stop shopping. Even my wife likes to shop here for garden supplies.

This store is very clean and organized, and the staff is very helpful and professional.

I was returning a 50 pound bag of of flex bond but could not lift it out of the trunk of my car. I called to a young man collecting shopping carts and he immediately came over and lifted the bag into a shopping cart for me. It was not his job but he didn't hesitate to help me out. Thank-you. ,

nice and complete store and you can find most of the home materials you need, although staff werent that friendly.

Took forever to get our grill even after we made sure to tell 3 associates what we needed to ensure we were clear.

I visit this store often and find its employees are competent and always eager to help. Prices seem competitive. There are typically "special buy" products hidden in strategic corners around the store, and I find the quality of these items meeting good standards. Like most big box stores, and unlike the old neighborhood hardware stores, not all products are available at all times; for example, I wanted to change the filter for my mower in fall, and they had already sold out of the needed part "for the winter". Also, they tend to price "bundles" much more aggressively than individual pieces. I won't hold these philosophies against them, but I'm glad I still have other alternatives. Overall, this store is always clean, there is plenty of parking, plenty of carts, seldom a long wait to check out. These are all good reasons for giving this store a high rating.
