Home Depot is extremely well organized in the garden department. It was easy to find everything that I needed, which was a lot with fall seeding and garden work approaching. Having the grass seeds right inside the door adjacent to the garden department makes it easy to complete shopping.

There are employees who have been here for a very long time and are true experts. Several months ago I went in to get paint for one room & was pleasantly surprised at how friendly & helpful everyone was. I went back for something else a few days later & again, employees went above & beyond. Now I’ve been back over 50 times and have completed dozens of projects in my house with their guidance and advice. I had no intentions of even starting those projects but felt confident with their help. I feel like I have friends there now & I have so much respect for their expertise. Never have I had a single bad experience at this location and that says a lot!

We were looking for a specific Step Ladder and couldn't find it on the floor stock! Well Tim the Lumber Manager came and helped. He located the ladder high up on a shelf. He then got a forklift and got them down. We were very happy with his assistance. Thank you Tim.

I bought a deal through Ryobi days and it was not yet in their system. Even though it took time to get the deal to scan in, Danielle and her coworkers did a very courteous job of figuring it out. They were able to get everything sorted out and ease my transaction process!

Needed help loading mulch and Mr Howard came to help. At 78 years young, that man has an excellent work ethic and all around friendly demeanor.

I found everything I need and more for my garden & patio this summer. Beautiful selection of plants & outdoor furniture.

This is my favorite Home Depot. The store is clean, stocked, employees are extremely helpful and eager to help. There's an employee there named Kelvin who is very knowledgeable and takes the time to help which made our shopping experience very pleasant.

I paid 30$ish for two planks of wood. 2in x 2in x 8ft and 2in x 2in x 6ft. Got it cut up and got home and realized that the wood, which even on the barcode said 2x2x8 and 2x2x6, was NOT 2in wide/thick. It was 1.5”. A whole half inch off. So not only was the wood in the wrong place; it was incorrectly labeled as well. Can’t return the wood because I still really needed it. Thank god I had extra wood on hand to complete my project but still way to rob people.

I purchased a lamp and door hardware, I was happy with the quality of the lamp and of the hardware for my cabinets, and I will be purchasing a sink and faucet that I saw.

Cashier was not friendly, said nothing to me. Didn’t give me a bag for my 8 smal items. Was told “we don’t do that here” when asked to cut one 2x4.

It's great to shop where employee are available to help you find what you need. You don't need to spend fifteen minutes searching for help.

Came into the Wyomissing, PA store to buy a dryer. Appliance department was short staffed, but Beverly from carpets and Jeff Sanders from plumbing stepped up and did a great job. I bought the dryer.

Haven't been to a home store in a long time where you could not only find an associate but they knew the store inside and out! May have to change my go-to store.

I was at the store in the lumber department with my Autistic granddaughter. There was an employee there and I told him I needed to buy some boards but I didn't see the lengths. He left to check if there were any and I waited for about 20 minutes but he never came back. By this time my autistic granddaughter was starting to get restless because she didn't understand why we were in the same place and not doing anything or going home. I was very upset at the thought that he was not coming back and I asked the person at the Pro desk if she could find someone to help me. I told her what had happened and the young lady at the Pro Desk went into action immediately and next thing I knew I had 3 people helping me. I appreciated everyone wanting to help me and especially her concern about my autistic granddaughter and getting the help I needed.

Store is always well stocked, the prices are reasonable and the staff takes the time to answer your questions along with them knowing what they are talking about regarding the products they sell.

All associates are helpful. the store is always very organized and clean! Whenever we need help there's always someone available, and if that associate don't know the answer, they immediately apologize and find the right associate to help us! We been going to this location for the past 10 years, and we have NEVER had any bad experience.

THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE TO PURCHASE A DRYER FROM YOU GUYS. I FIRST PURCHASED AND PAID FOR A DRYER/DELIVERY ON 4/7/21 & WAS GREAT WITH THE ASSOCIATE THAT HELPED ME & RUNG ME OUT. I WAS TOLD THE DELIVERY SERVICE WILL HAVE THE CORRECT CABLES & INSTALL & TEST PRODUCT BEFORE LEAVING. 4/14/21 I GET THE DELIVERY SERVICE TO SHOW UP & I WATCHED DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS OF THEM NOT HITTING WALLS OR DAMAGING THE PRODUCT BUT THE UNIT HAD FACTORY DAMAGE/SCRAPES & SCUFFS DOWN TO THE METAL OF THE WHITE COATING OFF OF IT & THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG PLUG TO THE BACK OF THE DRYER. THE DRIVERS JUST DROPPED OFF THE DRYER INTO MY APARTMENT AND LEFT WITHOUT TESTING OR INSTALLING AS I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD. I THOUGHT THE DRIVER WAS GOING TO HIS TRUCK TO GET SOMETHING BUT THEN THEY JUST STARTED TO DRIVE AWAY & I CALLED THEIR NUMBER RIGHT AWAY AND NOONE PICKED UP. I CALLED THE HOME DEPOT LOCATION TO SPEAK TO SOMEBODY AND WAS HUNG UP ON 3 TIMES UNTIL THE 4TH TIME I CALLED AND FINALLY GOT TRANSFERRED. I TOLD THEM THE SITUATION & THEY TOLD ME THEYD GIVE ME A $75 CREDIT FOR THE DAMAGED PRODUCT OR GET A REPLACEMENT & TOLD ME TO BRING THE CABLE BACK TO SWAP FOR THE CORRECT 4 PRONG CABLE. SO NOW ON MY ONLY DAY OFF I HAD TO TAKE TIME OUT OF MY DAY TO GO BACK & SWAP & ONCE I GOT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO APPLIANCES TO GET THE HELP. THE ASSOCIATE IN APPLIANCES WAS ON THE PHONE & WHILE ON HOLD I WAS ABLE TO ASK HIM WHAT I CAN DO & ALL HE TOLD ME WAS AISLE 4. I GO DOWN THE AISLE & HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO GET & WENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK & THEY CALL THE APPLIANCE ASSOCIATE OVER & HE SHOWS ME THE CORRECT CABLE TO GET. I ASK HIM WHAT DO I DO AS FAR AS INSTALLING THE CONNECTORS TO THE DRYER AS IT HAS 4 CONNECTORS & NOT 3 LIKE THE 3 PRONG HAD 3 CONNECTORS ON THE BACK OF THE DRYER UNIT. HIS IMMEDIATE ANSWER WAS (YOUTUBE IT) & WALKED AWAY. Needs some sort of rewards or savings program for frequent shoppers and also needs to get the checkout up to date with Samsung, Apple, Google pay etc.
