Home Depot is extremely well organized in the garden department. It was easy to find everything that I needed, which was a lot with fall seeding and garden work approaching. Having the grass seeds right inside the door adjacent to the garden department makes it easy to complete shopping.

        Best local home improvement location by far!
        There are employees who have been here for a very long time and are true experts. Several months ago I went in to get paint for one room & was pleasantly surprised at how friendly & helpful everyone was. I went back for something else a few days later & again, employees went above & beyond. Now I’ve been back over 50 times and have completed dozens of projects in my house with their guidance and advice. I had no intentions of even starting those projects but felt confident with their help. I feel like I have friends there now & I have so much respect for their expertise. Never have I had a single bad experience at this location and that says a lot!

          Step Ladder
          We were looking for a specific Step Ladder and couldn't find it on the floor stock! Well Tim the Lumber Manager came and helped. He located the ladder high up on a shelf. He then got a forklift and got them down. We were very happy with his assistance. Thank you Tim.

                I bought a deal through Ryobi days and it was not yet in their system. Even though it took time to get the deal to scan in, Danielle and her coworkers did a very courteous job of figuring it out. They were able to get everything sorted out and ease my transaction process!

                          Do not buy your wood from this place; they rob you
                          I paid 30$ish for two planks of wood. 2in x 2in x 8ft and 2in x 2in x 6ft. Got it cut up and got home and realized that the wood, which even on the barcode said 2x2x8 and 2x2x6, was NOT 2in wide/thick. It was 1.5”. A whole half inch off. So not only was the wood in the wrong place; it was incorrectly labeled as well. Can’t return the wood because I still really needed it. Thank god I had extra wood on hand to complete my project but still way to rob people.

There was an employee there and I told him I needed to buy some boards but I didn't see the lengths. He left to check if there were any and I waited for about 20 minutes but he never came back. By this time my autistic granddaughter was starting to get restless because she didn't understand why we were in the same place and not doing anything or going home. I was very upset at the thought that he was not coming back and I asked the person at the Pro desk if she could find someone to help me. I told her what had happened and the young lady at the Pro Desk went into action immediately and next thing I knew I had 3 people helping me. I appreciated everyone wanting to help me and especially her concern about my autistic granddaughter and getting the help I needed.
