what shower pan size goes with this enclosure - please send exact specifications for this home depot product
Unfortunately, DreamLine does not make a shower base that works with this enclosure. If you were to choose a shower base that is installed to the studs, which most shower bases are, you would need a double threshold shower base appx. 2" larger than the enclosure size. In this case, you would need a 32" by 37" double threshold shower base. If you have any other questions or would like to discuss this further, please contact the DreamLine Customer Support Team at 866.731.2244. We are available 8am-7pm EST, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm EST and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. You may also send an email to support@dreamline.com. What size shower base does this door require?
Hellonwheels, for this enclosure you would need a 32" by 60" double threshold shower base for installation. We recommend that the base be 2" larger than the enclosure size to allow for proper placement on the threshold. Unfortunately, DreamLine does not make a base that size. If you have any questions about base/enclosure measurements and sizing, please do not hesitate to call our DreamLine Technical Support Team at 866-731-2244 or email us at support@bathauthority.com. We will be happy to answer all of your questions. Thank you for considering DreamLine!
I have a bathtub that ends too close to the toilet. Currently using a shower curtain, but want to replace it with a glass enclosure when I remodel. So far all i can find are bathtub enclosures for alcove tubs.
The Unidoor Plus is not a tub door and would be out of proportion if installed on a tub, meaning that your handle would be too high and the door would be too tall. DreamLine has many tub models that may work for you. Please give our DreamLine Technical Support Team a call at 866-731-2244 or email us at support@bathauthority.com. We are happy to guide you through our website and give you item numbers so that you can make your purchase through HomeDepot. Thank you for considering DreamLine!
