Will this rug lie flat on a concrete porch floor? The porch is exposed to the weather on 3 sides. Will the wind move the rug? I will not glue it down to the floor. Thank you.
This rug features a Slip SBR backing, and a latex rug pad (not included) is recommended to prevent shifting. Using a rug pad can help keep the rug in place, especially in areas exposed to wind.
does it have a plastic-type feel like many outdoor rugs? Or is it softer underfoot.? Looking for a dining room rug (for a family with lots of kids) , but don't want the plastic slippery feel underfoot.

No - this has zero plastic feel, it is definitely all fiber. Depending what your looking for, it's definitely made for outdoor, it is a very thin rug, zero cushion feel for softness. Great looking rug
