Equipped with a piggy-back tether float switch for automatic or manual operation. It is backed by an exclusive 10-year limited warranty and is CSA and SSPMA certified for exceptional quality, safety, and performance. This fully submersible sump pump has a bottom suction design, cast iron impeller, and serviceable intake screen to handle up to 1/2 in. solids and minimizes clogging. The pump includes a 10-foot power cord for convenient installation and features a 2 in. FNPT Discharge with 1-1/2 in. FNPT adapter for installation flexibility.

What is the maximum horizontal discharge distance in a 5/8" water hose?
Hi there, Using a 5/8" garden hose will greatly restrict the outflow of this pump, as a guess, I would say the max would be about 75-90 feet
Where is the DeWalt 1/3 hp tethered smith sump pump manufactured? Is is a Pedrollo employee factory? If not who is manufacturing the pump?

Hi Jamie, This pump comes set up for 1-1/2" pipe to thread into it. You can get an adapter for a garden hose at most home improvement stores. Thanks
