Looks real if you play with it a little
Just looking at the panels in the store, I was a bit worried because they didn’t look like real brick to me and the mortar was too grey. I added a little drywall patch with a putty knife and it looks like a real German schmear. I covered it with a water based polyurethane and it hasn’t chipped or been affected by moisture. It has been up for about a year and I have had no issues. I plan on buying more and using it for my kitchen backsplash.

    Great alternative
Had a kitchen oven nook to brick in a hundred year old bungalow. Real veneer would’ve been $1,000. This looks really good and it was $200. Took advice from a previous review and got some joint compound and paint matched the “brick and mortar “ colors to hide the seems where the panels meet. Good value, doesn’t look quite as good as real brick but for the cost differential you can’t go wrong. Hung with liquid nails and strategically placed screws.

      Looks very good when painted
My only critique would be I wish the sheets would be 8’ vertical instead of 8’ horizontal. It would make installation easier. My fiancé wanted an industrial look in her restaurant and so we bought these sheets. I highly recommend priming the wall first and then glue and screw which would make adhesion much better. I blended the screw holes and seams with caulking and then painted over. 99% of people think it is real.

        More economical than brick
I enclose my carport into a fully functioning garage and didn't want the expense of hiring masonry to Brick the walls and front. This was a perfect solution to finish my garage. I painted the grout lines and the brick the match my home more closely. I used exterior gloss paint and cement patch for the grout

          Great quality easy to assemble
I've had an office project wanted to use this an accent wall. It turned out great. The quality is nice and easy to line up to make it look like real authentic brick. When cutting it I was worried it my fold or not cut well but it is very thick and sturdy so it made working with the material easy. I'm not a handyman at all and it was a fairly easy project even for me. It worked/turned out much better than I anticipated.

            Great authentic look
I used this for a backsplash. Circular saw is the way to go. Liquid nails wouldn’t hold it so we had to use a nail gun to make sure it held. Drywall compound to patch up the the edges. I used a grey caulk to seal it. I took a spare piece and had it color matched and painted the compound and you can’t even see the seams. Total cost around $60

              pretty sweet
we love the brick look and are total do it yourselfers. After cutting and matching edges, installing, I painted some bricks black to make them stand out. I just kind of smeared it on. Then we did a German smeared application. I must say, it's lovely. Every time I look at it, I smile. we did both sides of a wall in the middle of an open concept farm house.

                Great for the price!
I wanted an industrial look for my space, but didn't want anything to permanent. These panels were prefect and were easy to install using brad nails. I sponged on some red, yellow, brown, and white in random places and filled the grout lines with concrete patch to add a more weathered/textured look. I love the way it turned out!

                  Great look, poor edges
I installed these panels in my garage and I love the look. The only knock I can give them is that the factory edges seem slightly concave, not straight. Also the pattern varies on the edge with some panels having large grout lines and others very narrow. But, overall I’m very pleased.
