Not so well. I've had to trim the device a bit to get an acceptable flow-through... and it's still not great. I may try trimming just a bit more to see if it improves. And that's just the water flow. Garbage still has to be pushed through.

To ensure proper functioning, make sure the cone-shaped side faces down into the sink hole and that the groove on the quiet collar fully engages the lip on the flange all the way around.
