Do I really have to wait 24 hours to topcoat with acrylic paint or can I topcoat as soon as the primer is dry?
We're happy to clear things up. Rust-Oleum Automotive Filler Primer Spray can be recoated or top coated 10 minutes after you finish applying the previous coat. Can filler primer be used on galvanized metal?

Can this be used on a fiberglass pool slide?

We would not recommend using the Rust-Oleum Automotive Filler Primer on a fiberglass pool slide because those usually have water running down them constantly while they are in use. Can this be applied to bare steel or do I need to use a self etching primer first?
