Master Flow 6 in. Round Wall Vent with Screen and Damper is designed for use as the outside sidewall termination of kitchen and bath fans, range hoods, microwave venting, dryer exhaust systems or other needs (not included). This light, easy-to-install vent is made of durable aluminum. If using for dryer exhaust, remove screen before installing.

Can the aluminum 6-in damper beep bent cover be painted if so what pain is best
Ask paint employee for paint appropriate to paint metal- even spray cans that can do that inside or employee can give you a lot of advice re: when to paint it( pre-installation,post) Read instructions re: humidity if you want the paint job to last.
A paint designed for metal/aluminum should be used. We would advise against painting the damper mechanism itself, as it may affect its ability to close properly. What is the mounting hole pattern?
How long is the duct? Is there a picture that show all the dimensions? Where is the “screen” at? Is there a picture that show where is the screen and damper?

Does it need to be painted in order to keep from rusting or is ok to leave as-is long term?
This is an aluminum wall vent painting is optional.
Why this is not flat and have a bent edge. Not sure how one plan to attach it to the wall. The item in the site doesn't show bent. Did i get the right product, online order?

What size hole saw is needed for installation? Would 6" do it or do I need 6-1/4" or 6-3/8" or larger?

Can this be used with a 7? vent pipe? I can?t locate a 7? one.
The 6 inch diameter may not make a good connection. The WVA7 is available but does not have the built in screen.
