Answer This Question

This is a terrible outdoor rug. It was outside for 2 summers. Brought it in October both years. All the color that was exposed to sun and rain is gone. Do not recommend this product.

Hi, This rug does have 100%latex backing which can provide some non-skid support. A pad is only recommended for indoor use on a very smooth surface.

Great addition to the balcony. Vibrant colors, soft underfoot, easy to sweep clean. Definitely adds to the welcoming comfortable space outside.

Nice rug but order bigger than the stated size and know the patterns can be a bit different..

I bought this rug to go under my dining room table..The first one I ordered was a 7x7. Once it arrived I discovered it was a true 7 feet round. My chair legs landed on my floor..I returned it to our local Home Depot with no problem other than the drive there. I did love the pattern and texture and feel of the rug so I ordered an 8 ft round. I just got it 8 days sooner than expected. THAT was nice. I have only had it down 2 days..I do have a carpet pad under it..The pattern isn’t like the picture or even the first rug I got and returned because the size was too small..BUT it is a very nice pattern and the colors are close enough..This rug has black in it and more white area than the pictured pattern..I still love it..It feels nice under foot in the area you walk on that isn’t covered by my table and chairs. I am very pleased with the size too..I just had to learn to order bigger than you think you need because 7 ft round is not actually 7 and the 8 ft round isn’t actually 8..THAT works once you know that..I would buy again..

Love my Nourison Rugs

I originally bought a smaller version of this rug to place in front of my sliding glass door. I had a different outdoor carpet but loved this one so much I decided to replace the one I had with this same pattern. The quality of these rugs are superior and you will never be disappointed with your purchase. My first rug from Nourison was a Christmas rug that I absolutely love. I now have 4 Nourison rugs and sure to buy more!

Rug turned into a brittle mess within one month!

Very dissatisfied with the two outdoor area rugs I purchased in Aloha Ivory/Navy from Nourison. I specifically purchased these rugs due to their outdoor, UV resistant, fade resistant qualities as advertised. In less than a month, on my deck, the material turned into a brittle mess.. I did contact Nourison to leave a customer complaint, they were very shocked their product was not holding up.

Poor durability

The carpet looked great when I first received it, and I was very pleased with its appearance. Unfortunately, over time it began to fade noticeably, and the stitching started to fray and come apart. I contacted the company hoping they would stand behind their product, but I was told there was nothing they could do. From my experience, the carpet lasted only slightly longer than its one-year warranty. After discussing the issue with their customer service, I was informed that the condition of the carpet was considered to be within their acceptable guidelines, so they declined to offer any assistance. I expected much better durability and customer support for a product like this, and I was disappointed with both the quality and the company's response.

Not worth the money I spent!!!

I purchased two of these rugs for my outdoor patio in June/July of last year, and at first they were exactly what I was looking for. They were beautiful, soft, lush, and really enhanced my outdoor space. At the end of the season, I cleaned both rugs, allowed them to dry completely, rolled them up, and stored them indoors over the winter. When I brought them back out this summer, I was shocked by how much they had deteriorated. The colors have faded significantly, the floral pattern has begun to disintegrate, and the fibers rub off onto your feet when you walk across them. Every time it rains, more fibers wash off onto my deck, creating a mess. I am extremely disappointed because I truly loved these rugs and expected them to last much longer than a single outdoor season. Based on my experience, they did not withstand normal outdoor conditions as advertised. Although I understand I am beyond the standard return period, I am hoping Home Depot will consider a return, replacement, or store credit as a goodwill gesture. I have been a loyal customer and would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.
