This is the 188M not 187M
Hello there, great observation. The 188M is actually the upgrade of the 187M. Unlike previous models the nose pieces can be screwed in by hand so they don't require a wrench. The nose pieces are color coded to match the corresponding rivet size. This tool is ideal for work on sheet metal, gutters and automotive work. Hope this helps! Your Arrow Team

I am using my Arrow One Handed Riveter and it worked well but the used rivet will not release. What to do?
Problem solved. I first used Arrow 3/16" x 1/2" aluminum rivets and had the same problem. I got Wensilon 3/16" x 3/8" rivets and those cut shafts fell right out. Hmmm. Diameter of the Arrow shaft was 0.114". The other was 0.1".
I have the same issue - the link shared did not make a difference (ie: oiling) - this is only about 2 months old but the jaw grips fell out from the tool and now I cant get them back in.
