[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the RT187M as a replacement for the Swivel Riveter tool that broke. The feel of the RM 187M is good and is easy to use. I'm not sure if the thumb screw nose pieces for my specific rivet tool were not machined properly, but the rivets did not slide into the nose pieces easily, even though the did on the previous model.

I used this rivet gun to help in making repairs to my boat trailer. It was easy to use and worked well for the intended use (riveting a taillight onto the trailer).

I have never actually owned or used a rivet tool before. My in laws had some downspouts that needed to be fixed so I purchased this tool. It took my longer to remove the old rivets than it did for me to put in the new. I was amazed at how easy it was to use this tool. I really like the color coded heads that make it easy to know which to use for my project and the rivets that are needed. The tool is extremly sturdy and I am very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the RT 187 M One Handed Rivet Tool and the 3/16" short pop rivets to repair the pull cord assembly on my lawn mower. It worked well and aided in a speedy repair. I would highly recommend Arrow Tools RT 187 M One Hand Rivet Tool and would purchase Arrow products for other tasks.

Works good. A little hard to push the last pin out.

I've already used this rivet tool to fix a broken plastic box, secure velcro to an aluminum tube in my RV and to attach something special in my magician's table. Very well made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the factpry installed plastic rivets holding the oven drawer failed, I needed a more durable solution. The RT187M coupled with 5/32" long rivets did the trick. Easy to use and the sturdy rivets returned the drawer to functionality. Thanks, Arrow. Same quality as the Arrow staple gun I have in my tool kit!

I have been using handed riveter for many years and this one remind me some of the good ones I have had. One thing I would suggest to modify in the design is to prevent it to open too wide for one hand use.

Very easy to use. Great item and would highly recommend.

I liked it because it is small and at the same time strong and resistant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The RT187M rivet tool is great. Picked one up today because my old one went missing. I was done setting 6 rivets in under a minute and a half. Im glad I found this riveter, my old one was a discount store special and I didn't realize a quality one could be so simple and comfortable to use. Even if I find my old one, its going in the trash! Thanks ARROW!

Installed hood struts on my truck, this came in handy to get rivets in. My one concern was that it was tough cutting 3/16 rivets. Took me a couple times to finally getting it to do that final cut. I feel the handle could be longer so you don’t have to squeeze so hard. But overall, a good tool.

Had to river some aluminum together in a tight space under the pontoon boat. The tool worked great in the right space in which I was working.

Working with a lot of medieval armor projects, we often have to do field repairs on leather straps, buckles, and shield trim. Brass rivets, while traditional, are easy to shear in combat. Aluminum rivets, same issue. However, when I discovered that this tool could use steel rivets, that was a game changer! Now I can use a durable rivet with a small profile instead of large and unsightly bolts or trying to fashion homemade rivets out of nails.
