How long are the mounting clips? Like how far beyond the sink edge to they extend? The whole thing is 32” long. With clips installed how long from edge of clip to edge of clip? 34”?
Thank you for contacting us. The included mounting hardware will work with counters up to 1-¼” thick.
Do users find that the colander is worth the extra $50 cost, and they actually use it? does it drain well or pool water?
Yes, our customers found that our colander is very covenant and helps with their duties in the kitchen. It is 5" to 5.25" deep and drains very well. Yes, you will have some water standing but with every colander you wash (hand wash) when done and dry.
Can this sink be used with a laminate countertop
We do not recommend installing with a laminate counter top. A top mount sink would be a safe option.
Do you need to hook up garbage disposal or can you cap it off?
This sink comes with a standard drain assembly. If you install a disposal you would instead use the flange that comes with your disposal.
is this sink hard to keep the ledges clean?

Can this sink be used in a covered patio?
The RVH8310 is inteded for indoor use. Our lifetime warranty extends to indoor residential use only. While you can install some of our sinks outdoors, doing so will void the warranty. Our Merino collection is our line of outdoor sinks that are made out of T-316 grade stainless steel which is extremely corrosion resistant and is ideal for outdoor use.
how to clean and protect stainless from scratching
Scratches on a stainless steel sink can occur from regular use or abrasive cleaning tools. To minimize scratches, use the bottom rinse grid, do not use abrasive cleaning pads, and avoid dragging sharp objects across the surface. Does a template come with this brand?
A cutout template should be included in the box for the RVH8300 sink.
