Questions & Answers
Spout compatible with garden hose?
Hello Reneel. This does come with a spout adaptor so that a garden hose may be used.
I recently purchased the Glacier Bay Aragon Laundry Faucet. Unfortunately, the included aerator and adapter pieces came apart during installation. I am not using these two items right now but would like to know how they go together for future use.
Hello Steve. We recommend contacting the Home Depot Customer Service Department at 1-855-434-5224 and they can assist you with your faucet parts.
To "Glacier Bay Faucet": I called the 800 number you gave as a response. They could not answer my question. The connected me to your Parts Department. They could not help me. I am left with going to Home Depot and opening up another faucet box.
Can I hook a garden hose to the faucet
Hello Sarah. This comes with an adaptor that allows you to attach a garden hose to this faucet.
Does this faucet operate with faucet washers?
Hello Rich. This uses cartridges with seats and springs. This unit comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty so simply contact the Home Depot Customer Service Department at 1-855-434-5224 and they can assist you with getting any parts you may need.
Is this faucet one hole in countertop
Thank you. You will need a three hole, 4-inch spread set up for this faucet.
Can a standard garden hose screw on the faucet spout
Thank you. This comes with an adapter so that a garden hose can be attached.
Is the duck plate included?
Everything you see in the photo including the mounting plate that goes under the faucet is included.
What size are the threads to install a low flow aerator?
Hello Bill, Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. The thread size are 15/16"-27 for standard-sized male and 55/64"-27 for standard-sized female. A dual thread aerator is very flexible in that it allows you to fit into both male and female threaded sprouts since it has threads on both the inside and outside. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
