I'm not sure what you meant by that. It is great for a multi tester, my building material computer. and several other small items along with my cell phone. There is also room for pens, pencils, small tools, etc. It's a handy little pouch. I also clip it on to my "Bucket Boss."

Inside the pouch, yes. On the outside pouch probably will be too tight.
Yes. I have a Galaxy 6 and it does fit albeit somewhat loosely unless you have more than it to fill the pouch.
