Surprisingly great little fan. I had low expectations for a the little fan but it's great. The fan has 3 speeds, runs quietly on all speeds except the fastest one (still tolerable unless it's right next to you), moves a lot of air for it's size, the bendable legs are a good balance of flexibility vs grip, battery lasts a decent time for the price and the color is a pleasant sea foam green in person. Only negative thus far is the USB plug is a micro USB type instead of USB C.

Great small portable fan. It charges using a USB, the cord is included. Got this to give as a gift. My spouse loves to sit out on the deck during the summer. It gets hot. The 3 flexible legs will wrap around the deck railing. The on/off and speeds are on the back, just a single button. Top speed is fast and I'm thinking great for outdoors. The slow speed will be great for the office. No power cord. So it actually is portable. Can use on the deck, the pool, in the car, on a desk. It charged quite fast. I have not run the battery to empty. It claims 5 hours. More than expected. I like the small size and it's fairly quiet. This is a cute fan the seems well built.

definitely a unique and useful product. it has three speeds, which is nice. speeds 2 and 3 are really moving some air. it’s perfect for being able to move around to different spots but mainly i keep it at my desk. i’m looking forward to it this coming summer. aside from looking cool the legs also bend in multiple ways making it where the fan can be at different angles. the rubber on the legs keeps it from sliding around, even at odd angles. for being a cheaper item it’s well made and very valuable. battery life obviously varies between fan speeds but i get several hours of each charge. i left it on low in my basement before work and came back with it still running 10 hours later. a charging cord is included but not a charging block

This mini 4.5"W x 2.5"D Hampton Octopus fan is amazing with 3-speeds, low decibels and adjustable rubber legs to fit any space on a desk, table, counter etc. Power is supplied through a USB cable (included). The three speeds are low, medium and high. On the backside there is a small flush mounted power/speed selector button. The fan body moves about 20° to the front and back. It can swivel 360° which allows the fan to point in any direction. The fan stands as tall as 12" and with legs fully flat it can go as low as 7". The flexibility of the legs allows for many different positions and elevations of the fan (some are shown). The manufacturer offers a 1-yr limited warranty against defects and craftsmanship.

The Hampton Bay Octopus fan has exceeded all my expectations of a little fan. First the price of under $19 is the first thing that caught my attention. I purchased the fan to bring to the beach and place in my little beach tent where the grandkids can take a nap. As you could imagine the little tent gets pretty hot even with a few window vents. The Hampton Bay Octopus fan with its 3 speeds circulates the air in the tent which allows us comfort. Another great feature is there are no batteries to replace and this fan has a USB charging cable which you can plug into any USB power source. When it’s charging you will see a blinking red light. When the fan is fully charged the light turns solid red. The only thing it doesn’t come with is a USB cube to plug it into an outlet. The portable design and the bendable tripod legs allows you to adjust it to hang, or stand up. I have the light green model, but it also comes in Black, White, and Pink. The fan can be used on your desk, countertop, tent, side table, basically anywhere you need a little extra airflow.

The Hampton Bay Octopus Fan- Pink, Plastic injection is a wonderful item to aid in your computer use, I have found myself too many times working on something and just wanting a little more air movement this little fellow does the job, and has 3 fan speeds for your personal comfort without disrupting anyone else. I love this fan that comes with flexible legs you can modify to meet your own personal needs, and has usb charging.

This little fan is as my wife put it, funky. I am not sure I would have described it that way, but she has more style than me. The legs are really flexible and can be used as a stand or wrapped around something to hold the fan in place. It moves a surprising amount of air for its size. Pretty quiet as well when running at full speed. When I first opened it, my husky came over and sat right next to it. Funny thing was when we have to leave him at home in his crate he like the fan on him. I guess he knew he would be able to use this when left at home. If there is a negative, is that it does not come with a wall plug for the USB cord. Not a big deal as I have several, but it would be nice to have one included. Great little fan for so many uses. If you have a husky or needing a fan that can work in unusual places, this is the one for you.

I recently found the Hampton Bay Octopus Fan as I needed a small fan for the desk where I work every day. The fan has three (3) speeds and I love that it is portable, and one can use it as a handheld fan (like if you are going to an outdoor concert, amusement park, anywhere where you might feel warm and need a fan). It will fit easy in a handbag and there are no batteries or need to plug in the wall. It comes with a USB cable to charge as needed. It comes in other colors and I have the white one. The most impressive thing about this portable fan is the fact that it is SO QUIET! This is such a worthy investment and it will definitely not disappoint you.
