Does the rug arrive rolled or folded
Hello Trish, thank you for your interest in our rugs. Any rug over the size of 72" will be shipped folded due of carrier policies we must abide.
Is the rug soft or scratchy?
Hello Blazinby, thank you for your interest in our rugs. This rug is polyester with a blend of cotton. It should feel soft to touch. If you want something even softer, it is recommended to go for a shag rug.
Is design woven all the way through or is it only printed on top?

Why isn?t this outdoor since it is made of polypropylene??. Could it be used outdoors?? is it the same construction as outdoor polypropylene?

Is there gray in the cream/blue rug? I have dark gray furniture and would like to brighten my living room up a bit.

It's definitely not white. On the darker end of the cream spectrum.
It's more of a very light beige, but it goes very well with the other colours. I've received many compliments on it.
