- Vacuum regularly and spot clean; for hard-to-remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended; rotating your rugs every 3-6 months will protect against uneven wear from foot traffic and furniture weight; Avoid direct sunlight as it will cause the colors in your area rug to fade over time; place your area rug away from direct sunlight whenever possible
- Packing and shipping of your rug may cause temporary creases; these surface waves are not imperfections or damages and will gradually recede; back-rolling or reverse rolling is the fastest and easiest way to remove creases in your area rug; allow ample time for your rug to settle, these creases and waves will normally flatten out

Questions & Answers
Does the rug arrive rolled or folded
Hello Trish, thank you for your interest in our rugs. Any rug over the size of 72" will be shipped folded due of carrier policies we must abide.
Is the rug soft or scratchy?
Hello Blazinby, thank you for your interest in our rugs. This rug is polyester with a blend of cotton. It should feel soft to touch. If you want something even softer, it is recommended to go for a shag rug.
Is design woven all the way through or is it only printed on top?
Hello. The Madison rug is power-loomed and the design will not be seen through the backing. Thank you for your question.
Why isn?t this outdoor since it is made of polypropylene??. Could it be used outdoors?? is it the same construction as outdoor polypropylene?
Hello Cindy! The Madison Collection, Design: MAD473M is not recommended to be used outdoors. The rug is listed as indoors only. Thank you for your question!
Is there gray in the cream/blue rug? I have dark gray furniture and would like to brighten my living room up a bit.
Hi Mary. While gray is not the main colors or within the accents, this rug is more muted than what the silhouette suggests. The cream gives off a darker hue. Thank you for your inquiry.
Is the creme more white or light beige / taupe? I am looking for a rug with white background
It's definitely not white. On the darker end of the cream spectrum.
It's more of a very light beige, but it goes very well with the other colours. I've received many compliments on it.
Hi Joyce. The cream is more of a light beige. Thank you for your inquiry.
Do you have a way for me to see this rug in our home on line?

The negative reviews for this color selection say that it comes with a blue edge, whereas the pictures show cream.
Hello, Thank you for your question. Madison Collection Design: MAD473Z comes with a cream edge and blue border. Please be advised color is subjective. Due to differences in monitor size & screen resolution, items may appear slightly different in your browser than they do in person. Please also note there may be a dye lot variance. Rugs from a different production timeline will look slightly different when compared next to each other.
