Does this provide 12V of power?
The DXAEPIP2W provides 225W continuous using a DeWALT® 20V battery pack (not included) (up to 200W for the AC Outlet and up to PD 25W for the USB Ports) 140W continuous via the supplied 12VDC Adapter Plug (up to 115W for the AC Outlet and up to PD 25W for the USB Ports).
Does it act as an uninterrupted power supply if plugged into the 12v and that looses power will the battery automatically take over?
This model cannot be connected to both a 12V power source and a DEWALT 20V battery at the same time, as the 12V DC port is located where you attached the DEWALT 20V battery. If further assistance is needed, please contact customer service at 877-571-2391.
Can this inverter be used with the DeWalt 20V 12.0 AH battery
This power inverter provides 225 watts of continuous AC current to most small electrical appliances, electronic devices, or audio/visual equipment within this power consumption. We recommend making sure not to exceed this power-rating and that the electrical appliance can operate from a modified sine wave power inverter.
Does this work with the 9ah flexvolt batteries?
The DeWalt DXAEPiP2W is fully compatible with all 20V MAX* and Flex Volt Lithium-Ion batteries only.
Will this unit power the DXF1616 BENCHTOP FAN (135W)? If so, for approximately how long?
Yes this unit is compatible with a 135W fan when connected using AC outlet. The runtime depends on the Ah of the 20V battery that you are using. Larger 20V batteries provide longer run times.
Can I plug it into the car outlet to charge the battery?
A 20V or Flex battery cannot be recharged with the DXAEPiP2w.
I can assume I can operate a CPAP machine for several hours a flex 60 volt battery?
This power inverter is not made, certified, or tested for use with any medical equipment, medical appliance, or comparable applications; rather, it is intended for vehicle usage in conjunction with home power tools and small household appliances. It is not advised to utilize these products in this way.
Will this work with the 20v max dewalt batteries?
