AnswersAll the configurations currently available are listed on the back of the single cover plate package. You can get single to a five configuration and more. Just have the manager of the electrical department order them for you directly from the factory, pay for them, and they will be sent to you within a week or so. Best of Luck!

AnswersYes - I ran into the same issue. Purchased all my covers except the 3 Toggle (store didn't stock for some reason), then when trying to order online the name changed. Rest assured the Elan and the Barnard are the same line. Not sure why the stores don't stock the 3 toggle or why the company changed the name on the line.

WITH SATIN BLACK OUTLETS AND SWITCHES IT REALLY CAPPED OFF THE KITCHEN REMODEL. THE SHAPE AND THE THICKNESS REALLY WORKED
HOWEVER THERE IS ONE ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED
YOUR FINISH ON THE PLATES IS THIN AND SENSITIVE TO DAMAGE THEY NEED TO BE PROTECTED BETTER
I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED 6 RETURNED 4 FOR EXCHANGE AND BOUGHT 4 ADDITIONAL IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE I HAD THE TOTAL I NEED FOR THE PROJECT (THE FINISH WAS SCRATCHED OR DAMAGED) PS ONLY ONE TRIPLE THE REST WERE SINGLES NOW THAT I SEE WHAT IM WRITING IT WAS THE SINGLES THAT HAD THE ISSUE

So happy that we found these trim plates on the internet. They are excellent quality and look fantastic. The only criticism I have is not about the plates themselves, but that HD does not stock anything other than the single plate. You have to special order any other configuration. I'd recommend these to anyone who appreciates high quality and a contemporary look.
