This Amerelle single gang switch plate is a very nice. This is Continental series is stylish. The satin nickel finish is very nicely done. This switch plate looks to be a stamped out metal, very solid and durable. Installation is really easy like every other wall plates, the stamped out holes are lined up perfect to match the holes in the switch, comes with all the necessary hardware.

A very nice and simple way to replace an old plastic wall plate cover with something that is metal, brushed brass, and has some three dimensional feel to it. I had this readily in place with a simple screw driver in no time at all. The only drawback is that it is only for the narrow toggle switch type, not if you have the wider “flipper” switch. Again, a simple way to make a simple room improvement. I replaced the wall plate in the mater bedroom closet.

I have lived in my house for over thirty years and my wife has replaced just about every wall and outlet plate in the house, except for the finished basement where we had old builder grade white plates. This one is quite an upgrade. Fit the existing wall switch perfectly, looks very nice and gives the room a cozier feel. Took less than two minutes to swap them out.

Purchased this wall plate for our bedroom. It goes great against our gray walls. I like that it has a nice, simple finish. I did not want anything too ornate. The Decora wall plate in oil rubbed bronze is very dark, almost black looking. If you are looking for something brown this is not it. The screws were easily scratched. Hence the good rating. It is of decent weight.

This brushed brass Amerelle double duplex cover plate was just the item that I was looking for to use in my entrance hall. The old ivory plastic cover was getting a little dated and drab looking. This switch plate was well made of cast metal and I liked the brushed brass finish. It is very reasonably priced- lower than other large retailers. It was a great addition to our entrance area.
