Its was the wrong plate and since you do not carry the clear plates in the store have opted to not add a plate behind the switch plate.

EXCELLENT - BRAVO & hard to find
BRAVO - had these in my house for years - worked with a crew recently to paint and freshen up the appearance of our church - decided the finger guard would be an absolutely need ........ they were VERY HARD TO FIND .... never did find single toggle ones online; after much legwork, found single in an old, nearly forgotten hardware store & then they only had 8 left - so our project is like 25 single toggle fingerguards shorts ....... THESE DOUBLE FINGER GUARDS LOOK GREAT & will keep the wall clean ..... now, please put single toggle ones on your inventory.
