Fittings are different!
Finding fittings that work with this pipe was difficult. HD was not helpful trying to find fittings that would work, once I realized their recommended fittings were way to big. Pay attention that is CTS (copper tube size) the barbed fittings do not work! ADS ( the manufacturer) does not make fittings nor can they recommend a supplier. I ended up calling SharkBite and as this pipe is ASTM D2737 SDR 9 pipe, it is compatible with the 11/4" SharkBite fittings. Now for direct burial SharkBite strongly recommends wrapping the fittings with a silicon wrap first. So when planning and pricing your project include the cost of the fittings. This pipe is a value IF you need 200 psi ( pipe is 250 psi rated but the SharkBite fittings are only 200 psi) If your pressure needs are not hat great, there are better values. I have approx. $1200 in pipe and now $400 in fittings. Oh well, less the kids will have to fight over when I'm gone!

Use for 30' drainage. Cut 3 lengths. Drilled my own...
Use for 30' drainage. Cut 3 lengths. Drilled my own holes. Wrapped with fabric. Filled w/rock. Covered w/1' pavers. Kinda stiff but needed the strength to support pavers and walking on. Just waiting for the first torrential rain here in Central Texas to check it out. Seems like it will work well for years to come. It's April so I shouldn't have to wait too long.

Disappointed
The flex pipe probably rates 5 stars. Home Depot rates -3 stars for not making clear this is not 1 1/4" i.d. tube. This is copper tube sized poly flex. I had to reorder because I can't find fittings that work with this tube. The fittings I ordered from Home Depot to use with this tube we're the wrong size.

Looks like quality water line but there is no way you can advertise this as 1-1/4 in pipe. This is a 1-1/4" TUBE at best. The ID is 1" and OD is 1.25". Avoid if you need pipe with 1.25" ID. Had to return. Would have been great for submersible well pump applications that require high head pressure (assuming you can get the correct size to match the pump discharge / barb sizing).
