Very Dependable and Long Lasting Pump
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Alpine Corporation 5600 GPH Vortex Pump has been great so far. Not only can I use it in my Koi pond but I can also use it to pump the off water of my winter pool cover, transfer water from a rain collection barrel or even pump a flooded basement area. This pump can operate fully submerged or has an adapter option that allows dry staging with mounting capabilities. This pump will be extremely useful above and beyond it’s intended duties.
The pump is easy to assemble and set up. It is also extremely quiet. Cleaning it is simple too. I am very pleased with this pump and I know it will last a long time.

Great pump

Great product

Small yet Powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Alpine 5600gph pump has been great for me. I first used it to get some water out of my basement and it worked great and fast. Also not as loud as my old pump that croaked on me. Then I put it in my small duck pond. My favorite feature has to be the filter. It keeps all the debri and junk out and is super easy to take out and clean. I really like that the pump is small and easy to move around so I can move it and use it for more than one thing. My next project is to pump the water out of my cistern into water holders for my livestock. This pump is going to make that job so much quicker. The set up was easy and the instructions were clear. The extra long cord was a huge plus as well. All good things with this pump this far and it has helped make jobs so much easier on the farm.
