The insert was defective, and the color wasn’t right. I tried to fix the situation, however they weren’t going to be able to send a new part that wasn’t defective until January 8, 2021. I contacted them before Christmas, and explained that I had contractors standing by and needed it immediately.

Nightmare to install, worst purchase ever
I wish I could turn back time and have not ordered this kit! I really want to tear it out and ask for my money back. My husband is an experienced builder and had a horrible time installing this kit. The instructions were lacking basic rough-in height measurements, supply list, and timing of things like letting glue set between installing parts. The instructions refer you to call a number for 24-hour support that is answered by voicemail! The instructions also refer you to videos on their website, but when you go to the page, there are no videos. The whole experience has been a nightmare! Save yourself the hassle and buy something else.

The shower size states 36 x 36, but the inside measure 32 x 32 which is to small and closed in. Y...
The shower size states 36 x 36, but the inside measure 32 x 32 which is to small and closed in. You should make people aware of the inside measurement. When you have invested $2000 and parts are left out of the kit and the shower itself is too small, yes I am very disappointed in this product. Have to live with it until I can do better.
