Don't buy this
Nothing lines up. The instructions don't explain anything correctly unless you read cryptic. My husband is a guy that can fix or build anything and he does it for a living and this was a nightmare for him. I can't imagine the normal Joe that tries to put this together. Definitely not worth 3k unless they send someone with it that engineered the product. Materials were decent just not

Not a DYI
It has been a nightmare to get this installed. The instructions are worthless. Even my contractor is having a hard time and is here now with two others and are having a hard time. I wish I had never bought it.

Defective
Shower arrived and everything looked good. When the plumber went to install the shower tile the right side wall tile snapped in half upon taking a closer look at the tile we found that the thickness of the tile was thicker on the edges and got thinner in the middle. On September 5 we contacted American bath factory about the problem and was told that they would send a new tile by September 7th . It is now going on September 12th and still have not received a email from them saying that the tile has been sent.

I am sorry, but we do not have your email as Home Depot does not share that information with us. Depending on how it was shipped and where it is going to it can take up to a week. If it went by Freight as anything over 40" wide will ship that way, then the freight carrier will call to set up a delivery time.
