The Apollo PEX Female Swivel Ball Valve is simple to install and provides flow control through an anti-stick and smooth operating quarter turn lever handle. The 1/2 in. Tectite by Apollo Push-To-Connect Slip Ball Valve is an innovation designed to make a quick repairs or add flow control through a ball valve to rigid Copper or CPVC Pipe. The slip capability allows a section (up to 2 in.) of pipe to be cut out allowing for the easy installation of the ball valve where rigid pipes do not allow movement. Simply insert the slip coupling on to the pipe and using the Tectite by Apollo demount clip (included) to slip the fitting back onto the other end of pipe completing the connection. SharkBite Max push-to-connect ball valves are the fastest and easiest way to install a new or replacement water shut-off valve. A newly designed stainless steel collet retainer delivers additional strength and durability and provides a 250 psi pressure rating. SharkBite Max fittings and valves don't require a PEX tube liner and a re-engineered body allows you to insert the pipe using less force and greater ease.
