Love, love, love it
After going on a cruise and using a bidet when we came home we had to have one. We purchased the HD 7000 elongated seat. There are so many things about it that I enjoy but mostly I love the heated seats and the light. The bidet is a very quiet running and self cleaning. I think the next one we purchase will be the remote controlled one but not until this one fails which I don’t think it will.

Love it!!!
My family has used this model for over a year now and we all love it! When my wife caught me installing it she said “Really,really?” But we all absolutely love it now. Heated seat, heated water. Can’t live without it. Just ordered three more for Christmas presents. Beats a tie any day. You can thank me later.

All the bells and whistles
Easy to install, user friendly guides and works great, love the lighted bowl for night time use and adjusting heat and pressure are a plus. Great value for the price 5 stars at a value price.

So Nice
We love having that fresher cleaner feel when you leave the bathroom. Spray power and positioning is good.The only drawback is the slide on mounting bracket. It doesn't look or feel really sturdy, so tilting, sliding or knocking the seat too much to the left or right could break it. I hope they have spare parts.

Great Bidet, but Fails Plumbing Inspection
Purchased this bidet and found it to be a great product. However, the city plumbing inspector flagged the seat due to inadequate back-flow prevention requiring us to to remove it. If our toilet were to overflow bacteria filled water could reverse back through our home's water lines and even into that of our surrounding community. I called up BioBidet and asked if they could send the proper code compliance documentation and later received an email confirming that its not compliant. Fails code.

Too bulky for small round toilets
Everything functions as promised, heating, drying, and spray adjustments. However, I cannot recommend this product for an old fashion small ROUND toilet bowl due to interference from the water tank. Even with the widely adjustable mounting plate there just isn't enough room between the seat/lid and tank to prevent the whole assembly from protruding over the front rim of the toilet bowl. This results in your "boy parts" making contact with the porcelain interior of the bowl, yech! You really do need the extra length of an ELONGATED toilet bowl to accommodate one of these after market bidets.

The toilet seat cracked after less than a year
In general like this product, but recently noticed that the toilet seat is cracked. Don't know how to replace it (the seat) without replace the whole unit.
