Does this model #7000 have a remote control
The HD-7000 Bidet does not include a wireless remote control. All functions are operated using the control panel located on the side of the unit.
power requirements
The HD-7000 must be connected to a grounded 120V GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt) outlet. It is recommended to operate this product on a separate circuit. Sharing a circuit could cause the breaker to trip or lights to flicker.
Do you need a specific brand toilet to fit this seat? The back of the bidet is too wide to fit the space between the tank and the toilet bowl on our toilet. We can install it but it hangs over the bowl in the front and causes a smaller opening.
While our bidet seats are designed to fit most standard toilets, certain toilet shapes and tank clearances can affect compatibility and installation. Are there any other parts needed? Mine is leaking from the seat & im wondering if maybe there is another hose or something I missed?
