Q:When you take The mattress out of the box it will spend side ? because on the roll for a queen size is small For a queen measure 45" wile a regular mattress measure 60"

A: Hi there Jose, the mattress comes compressed in the box and will not be as long or wide as it should be until it is removed from the plastic wrapping. Once fully expanded the mattress should be the proper dimensions of 60 wide 80 long. Sometimes, in rare cases, it can take up to 5 days for the mattress to fully expand. If the mattress is not within 1.5 inches of the correct dimensions after the first 5 days of being removed from the box and wrapping please reach out to your original purchasing store and request assistance with filing a warranty claim. Comfortable if you want a firm mattress

I love this bed!! Caught it on sale and it’s so big and tall! 14 inches!! I let it shape out for about 10 hours before sleeping on it and let me tell you it’s one of the best sleeps I have ever had! slept through the night if you looking for a soft bed don’t get this one cause it’s firm and you will feel anyone getting in or out of it

Hump in the middle

I've had this mattress for 6 months now and I went to Home Depot to see about returning it they said I was still within the return window time. The one issue was that I had to take it to the store in which I am not able to. I had it sent directly to my home. I thought since I had it delivered that they would also pick it up but that was not the case. Also, the CSR told me that it should smooth out with time. He knew this because he used to work at a mattress store. So, with all that I decided to give it time to smooth out, but it has not! Like a previous comment I have the same issues as her - hump in the middle, cover is too big and does not fit correctly, the layers are not glued evenly, and finally the mattress is too hot. I wake up every morning with back and hip pain. I regret listening to the CSR and purchasing this mattress. I would not recommend it to anyone. Highly disappointed.
