Is the hose lining plastic or some other material not steel? When I use this hose there is a papery substance in my water. When I take off the hose and use water directly from the spigot, the water is clear.

Only if you use the included nozzle. If you don't have a nozzle hooked onto it or a shut off valve screwed onto it no it does not have one.
what is the warranty on this hose
Is this hose completely steel or does it have a different material inside the steel hose.
It's PVC inside. The steel just keeps the PVC from blowing up like a balloon.

No. The listing says that pretty emphatically, but I bought it and measured the _outside_ diameter as just under 5/8". The inside diameter is 3/8" and it allows significantly less flow than my regular 5/8" 100 ft hose.
Can the sprayer come off and can it be connected to another 25’ Bionic Steel hose
Yes you can unscrew the spray nozzle like any other kind of nozzle it can then be connected to another hose or screwed onto a sprinkler or anything else it's just like a regular hose except different materials.
