About This Product
Prevent and control unwanted sprouts and sucker growth in your home garden with Sucker Punch knock out sprouts ready-to-use spray solution from Bonide. Treats and controls unwanted sprouts and suckers without harming the rest of the tree or plant. This plant growth regulator inhibits sprouting from trunks, rootstocks, roots, and small pruning cuts. This product is intended for use on ornamental plants for aesthetic purposes or modification. Bonide's Sucker Punch can be used on a variety of plants including flowering and shade trees, apples, pears, olives, citrus plants, and more. Use both indoors and outdoors to train young trees. Proper pruning of branches promotes the growth and development of strong, well-spaced branches that can support more, larger sized fruit, resist wind and ice damage, improve spray penetration for better insect and disease control and improve light penetration for better fruit set, size, and color. The water-based sealer allows it to remain effective and provide protection against sprouts and suckers for up to 6 months after application. This product arrives conveniently ready-to-use in a trigger sprayer bottle. Recommended application may vary by plant type.
