Firstly, i feel this item is overpriced for a flimsy plactic piece with horrible instructions. Its all pictures and im still uncertain if two of the little plastic pieces were to be used as part of the install or simply as a aid to measure the proper leg height for thr top machine. If the instructions had text as well and stated thats what this part was for it would have saved a lot of trial and error and strenghth to keep lifting the top machine to adjust the legs to the proper height. We were very fearful everytime we had to adjust the top machine because the plastic parts are very flimsy. The leg height needs ro be perfect for the front trim piece to snap into place and even then its not very sturdy. Then after assembly the install guys needed to tip the machine to walk it into place and the front trim popped off and the top machine almost slid off of the bottom machine. Now that my install guys left i realize how wobbly the top machine is, when you open the door you need to stabilize the machine with your other hand or it moves around quite a bit. I fear that in an unbalanced situation jerking during the spin cycle may cause the top machine to come crashing down. I plan on unstacking them because i feel this setup is unsafe in a rental unit. I’d return it but the install guys took the packaging wiith them. I guess ill have to live with the holes drilled into the top of my brand new machine that were necssary to affix the cheap plastic part to the washer on bottom..

Thank you for purchasing Bosch laundry. When installed properly the dryer should be firmly mounted to the washer. It appears your installation was not performed properly. Please contact your installer to perform an installation check to ensure shipping bolts were removed.
