Q:I need to know if this black stainless steal is Matt or glossy black. Also does it require a 220 electrical connection? Is the door removable?

A: Hi Regina, thanks for your questions and interest in model HBL5344UC. The exterior of this oven is black stainless. Bosch black stainless steel is a special material that helps guard against scratches and fingerprints. The electrical requirements for this model are 30 A, 240 / 208 V. The oven door can be removed. Q:Does the fan always run whenever this oven is in use? If so and this is installed under a cooktop, is there noticeable hot airflow coming from the oven while you are working at the cooktop?

A: Hi Denise, thank you for your question and interest in Model #HBL5351UC. The cooling fan runs during all cooking modes. The fan can be heard when it is running, and warm air may be felt as it is released from the oven vent. The fan may also run after the oven is off. The oven vent is located below the control panel. Warm air may be released from the vent before, during and after cooking. It is normal to see steam escaping from the vent, and condensation may collect in this area. This area may be warm when the oven is in use. Do not block the vent, since it is important for air circulation.

Overall appliance dimensions (HxWxD) (in) 29" x 29 3/4" x 4 1/2". Required cutout size (HxWxD) (in) 27" – 28 5/8" x 28 1/2" x 23 1/2".
