BrassCraft 1/2 in. Nominal Compression Inlet x 1/2 in. O.D. Compression Outlet Multi-Turn Angle Valve controls water flow to household plumbing fixtures - faucets, toilets, dishwashers, icemakers, washing machines, etc. The angle valve is most often used where the water pipe enters the room from the floor. With a few turns of the valve handle, you are able to stop the flow of water leading to the plumbing fixture, allowing for maintenance and repair without turning off water to the entire home.

What are the TPI (threads per inch) on the inlet and outlet connections?

Will this valve work with an inlet pipe that comes up through the floor as opposed to one extended from the wall?

I had used one of these previously on a remodeled...
I had used one of these previously on a remodeled bathroom for copper pipe for toilet water. It has worked for 15 years, so when 2nd bathroom toilet was replaced I went ahead and replaced the original shutoff valve with the same one used before. I know it works at least 15+ years. It is easy to install on copper pipe and it had everything needed, no additional parts required to attach a threaded new line or another copper line., Its simple, looks great and works perfect even with City water.
