BrassCraft 1/2 in. Compression Inlet x 1/2 in. O.D. Compression x 3/8 in. O.D. Compression Outlet Multi-Turn Dual Outlet Valve controls water flow to household plumbing fixtures. The dual outlet allows two independent supply lines to be attached to a single valve. Ideal for adding dishwashers, ice makers, water filters and instant hot water dispensers to existing water supply. With a few turns of the valve handle, you are able to stop or start the flow of water leading to the plumbing fixture, allowing for maintenance and repair without shutting off the water to the entire home.
  • Compatible with copper and PEX (PEX installations require a stainless steel tube insert)

The correct description for the CR301LX R1, internet number 202047041 and store sku 248280 is a 1/2 in. Nominal Compression Inlet x 1/2 in. O.D. Compression x 3/8 in. OD compression Dual Outlet Multi-Turn Valve. If you were looking for the other description with the 1/2in inlet x 3/8 in O.D compression x 3/8 in O.D compression Dual Outlet Multi-Turn Valve, that model number would be CR1901LRX R1, which is also listed on Home Depots website, internet number 202047052 and store sku 234717.     I replace my hot water supply under the kitchen counter...
    I replace my hot water supply under the kitchen counter with this dual outlet valve. My old one has a chrome finish and it runs awful with corrosion. The store dishwasher installer refuse to touch it unless I replace it even thought the valve may be perfectly fine. So I invest on this brass valve now for better corrosion protection. I don't want to go under the sink again in the future when I am getting older.

    This shut-off valve is a great feature to use, especially when there is a need to have an additional dishwasher connection. It eliminates having too many valves and additional plumbing connection that could potentially leak.
