Excellent Product
This bidet is the best investment I’ve made in a while. Super easy to install, user friendly, and quality a product. I first used this bidet at an Airbnb and loved it so much I came home and ordered the exact same model. I feel, in a small way, my quality of life is better.

Warm seat
I purchased the Swash 300 for a second bathroom, I have another in the master bathroom which I use most of the time. This was a top mount installation that I was familiar with and the top mount bolts worked perfect. It took a little longer because you need to separate the tank from the bowl to connect the T valve and supply line but it's worth the extra time. My wife loves it because she uses that bathroom in the morning and the warm seat and warm water is a delight for her. This is the fourth one I have purchased in the last 15 years and these things are great.

Avoid if possible
I’ve been wanting a bidet for years and after doing research I finally landed on one that was medium priced and looked perfect for me.
I purchased this I believe in August 2020 (it is now April 2021) as I write this, and it’s completely broken apart!
It’s supposed to have a soft close first off, a couple months ago that stopped and I had to close it lightly myself which I was fine with.
This morning the lid completely came off!!! How?? I am not a strong person to be able to break a toilet seat lid, and I’m absolutely livid I spent so much money on this.
I’ve also seen little leaks on the floor by the base but let it go bc I could wipe it.
But this is the last straw. How can someone break a toilet seat lid???

Comfortable and great product
It's great product. I love it. This is my second purchase of the same product. Easy to install and great to use with remote. It warms up the water with desired temperature. I also bought it for my 89 years old mother and not to worry keep her clean with right pressure and temperature. I am very happy with it.

The seat is fairly easy to install--my toilet room is only about 36" wide, which made it hard to install the 'Tee' under the tank in the tight space. Other than that, the rest was very easy. Water temperature response could be quicker and it seems to drop during use--it would be better if there was a way to 'lock' the temperature setting. It would also be nice to have a simpler (the operation instructions in the 80 page manual are 6 pages long), laminated instruction card. I created a 2-page version, which is added as an image.

Easy to install. Unfortunately you may to get a different type of valve and t valve connector since they do not fit usa plumbing. I do recommend this and it is worth it. Save more money in the meantime

WARNING: This bidet comes with a 7/8" Tee adapter to supply water the the bidet. Every toilet in America has a 3/8" connection to the toilet supply line. I called Home Depot and the associate said there are no adapters for the 7/8" to 3/8". He said the only way to make the connection is to replace the supply valve coming out of the wall. I have no idea where to purchase a 7/8" supply valve. I looked up toilet supply valves on the Home Depot website to discover they offer only 3/8" valves. Apparently the bidet I received via special order through Home Depot had been received by someone and they returned it to the store because there was evidence that the packaging had been opened. Stay away from this product. You won't be able to install it.

This is a common misconception. The 7/8" T adapter does not attach to your supply line/shutoff valve at the wall, it actually attaches to the fill valve that hangs from the tank of your toilet. The industry standard for this is valve is 7/8". We have some really handy resources such as your instruction manual or our installation video that give thorough directions for proper installation. Went to Japan awhile back and fell in love with bidets. This was a birthday gift for the husband. Even though he had to install it himself, he said it was still the best gift I have given yet. I have a baby due date of tomorrow and I will say that this has also been a great gift for myself. Easy to install, even though I got the elongated and apparently our toilet is round. We are going to keep it how it is. Husband loves the remote, and we have had no issues since we installed a month ago. Front feature does not hit as far forward as expected, but that is not really why we got it anyway. Heated seat is a super plus for me, and it isn't even winter yet.

good buy
Overall I am pleased with the Quality, ease of instillation and functionality of the seat but the seat is a bit short for my toilet. When I ordered I thought I was ordering a different seat one with more functions. I should have been more careful when placing my order.
Please understand why I am not sending a picture of the product in use.
