Can these be used on cedar decking
Edge screws will work great but we recommend the Stainless Steel version when installing into cedar deck boards. This reduces the chance for "tanin staining" which can occur when cedar and non-stainless steel fasteners react together. CAMO Edge screws are designed to eliminate face fastening all together! These screws pin the board to the joist by installing on the edge of the board.
