High quality product!
Looks and feels expensive. The surface is textured and feels great although the white speckles are a lot more prominent than they appear in the product photos.

Warped and not flat at all. It is a bad item, I bought another to replace it and it was flat. I will be returning the warped one. These are not the quality controlled product they are presented to be. Hit or miss, as inspection at the store is not possible in the packaging. Should have installed tile floor instead.

True walk in shower
This is a great shower pan. Showed up 1 day late but not a problem. It is and be a true walk in shower. 1 inch from floor to pan.

Customer service is non-existent
Bought this because of it's supposed ability to go into a situation where the walls are already in or there is a reason where a standard flange will not work. The base itself is fine , sturdy and light considering it's a stone composite. The plastic flange they supply and it's manner of getting affixed is another story. No instructions telling you whether or not you have to drill out for the tiny screws. Turns out they actually did self tap. However they spin upon getting seated. Really , I have to use toothpicks and PL adhesive to get these things to grab ? In addition to this , the flange is a fairly thin piece of plastic. Their video shows guys tiling the area with 12' x 12" tiles. You can't see if they're actually butting up to or covering this flange. maybe you'd get away with covering this flange with with large tiles but with regular subway tile's ? Thinset doesn't stick to plastic and isn't meant to. This flange was about 2 1/2" high above the pan. I knew I'd have to improvise but I thought I'd call their customer service for some advice. One call at 10AM and another at 2PM. Naturally a recording to leave your name and number etc. The usual " all of our reps are busy right now" . Well it's 3 days later and it's in. And still no call from their customer service Notched the studs on 2 sides (after installing a 1/8' x 2" aluminum flange of my own) and flushed the other side against against a concrete wall. It'll work fine but no thanks to their bad flange and non-existent customer service. Needless to say I don't recommend this. It'd be a great pan for and outdoor area.

We're glad to hear that the product itself, aside from the flange, meets your expectations in terms of sturdiness and weight. The water proofing flange is an IAPMO Certified flange designed to be installed on site to allow customers to install with 1,2,3 or 4 walls. We apologize for any confusion caused by the instructions on whether to drill out for the screws or if they are self-tapping, which they are. In regard to the installation of wall tile over the flange, we do say NOT TO APPLY THINSET over the flange. To your point, this works well with large tiles, but if you are using small subway tiles, you do need to adhere it with something, and we recommend construction adhesive.
