The package arrived undamaged. It wasn't until we tried to install the back wall panels that we realized they were completely warped. I put boards across the two panels and put pressure against them to help straighten out the panels but they wouldn't straighten out completely. The installation took substantially longer than planned and I couldn't change out the panels in-store because they don't carry them.

Great product, easy installation for my installer. It was stired flat in my garage for a couple of weeks before installing but one of the back panels still had a bow in it (pot belly looking) but it was still able to be installed and you cannot tell that it is not completely flat. It looks great and I love my new walk in shower!

Delivery was straightened out and we got our Shower kit . Easy to install my husband and I did it ourselves. Looks beautiful. Going to order the doors next , Home Depot was really helpful and took care of our shipping issue really fast . The shower is made perfect to its specifications and was a perfect fit . Can’t wait to finish and try it out . Highly recommend Castico shower kit .

We were looking for a simple white, smooth wall, composite stone shower system & contacted Castico to find out if they offered that combination. Juan responded promptly saying that we could arrange a special order for an all-white shower. Our diy remodel is now complete & the all-white shower looks sleek with our white quartz vanity. The interaction with Castico was outstanding & Juan was incredibly helpful. We recommend Castico wholeheartedly!

Castico itself was great as far as support is concerned but installation was time consuming and presented a lot of problems as 3 of the 4 walls panels were warped. We discovered the problem when we installed the back panels. The pictures will show you the some of the issue. Castico offered to send new panels but that would have required ripping everything out and starting from scratch so we opted to lay the panels out flat with weigh on them for a week to try and remove as much warp as we could. when we installed the side panels, one side matched perfect but he other side was tight at the top and bottom but left a eighth inch gap in the middle, which we sealed with silicone and hopefully will not develop a leak later. Overall the cost of installation was $1500 to $2000 dollars over budget, not counting time. I would use this product again but change installation procedure allowing about a week to install. I would lay panels on a flat surface for a time and would install only one panel a day using bracing to secure the panel flat on the wall until drying time and curing for the adhesive was reached. It is essential that all is square and level, so on a remodel I would go so far as to reinstall some wall studs if needs to accomplish that. I would not recommend this product for a do it yourself installation but a good professional should have no issues if panels are ijndividually checked for warp, chipping, etc. ahead starting the project.

All I can say is WOW... Castico answered my questions, so the contractor (Handyman Connections) could install is correctly. Everyone that looks at it say the same thing... OMG, that is beautiful. Overall cost was about $6000 for everything and the "big name" remodeling companies wanted double or triple that. DIY, with contractor, saves money. I added black sealer strips to the base and corner walls. I would definitely recommend this combination. Plus, it was "cat" approved by my curious cat!

This is doable for the DIYer. You'll need to use cement board on your walls, seal the seams, and make sure your space is square and plumb. It's easier than tiling an entire shower and hopefully more water resistant and you don't have to clean grout which is the reason we got it. It looks and feels much better than an acrylic insert or any of the other faux stone panels we looked into.

Love this shower but one of the wall panels came with a big foot long defect, like an indent in the panel. They were packaged incredibly well and came standing upright on a pallet, so I think the defect came from the factory. For how much your paying and how long ship time takes, you’d think they’d do a once over to make sure the panels are defect free. The white pan gets incredibly dirty very quickly and is difficult to clean.
