Can these panels be used behind. Range and over ceramic tile?
No, this model is only recommended for ceiling use.
Yes, you can use the Ceilume Continental tile as a backsplash behind a stove as long as there is a control panel at the back of the stove top to protect the tiles from the direct heat of the stove top. You would also need to order Decorative Strips to cover the joints where the tiles butt together. Ceilume Continental Faux Copper Lay-in or Glue-up Ceiling Panels are only available in the 2 ft. x 2 ft size but can be easily cut with a good pair of scissors so you can trim them to fit.

How do u connect them to the old drop ceiling panels if u would like to use them as a refacing tile?
If noise or temperature is a concern for your new installation, you can choose to reface your ceiling by installing the appropriate Ceilume Ceiling Tiles beneath your existing mineral fiber ceiling tiles. Refacing your ceiling keeps the insulation properties of your old ceiling while providing a much nicer-looking installation. To install, simply slide your new refacing tiles under your old mineral fiber tiles. There is no need for any sort of mechanical fastener or adhesive.
Ceilume makes this product in a black finish. I don't see this color option on your webiste.
