Ceilume has not tested any of their products for exterior use. While the vinyl material is quite durable, the tiles do carry the following temperature warning: "Not recommended for installation where ceiling temperatures exceed 120°F" There is also concern about extreme cold as the adhesive and vinyl materials may expand/contract at different rates leading to the tiles falling down.
Ceilume does not recommend gluing any of their tiles directly to a popcorn ceiling. The uneven nature of the popcorn finish makes a poor substrate which will create uneven joint lines and a “lumpy” looking ceiling.
When properly installed, the humidity will not affect the adhesive used to hold these tiles in place. The Fleur-de-lis ceiling tile is a great addition to a bathroom ceiling but Ceilume does not recommend using these tiles in tub or shower surrounds.
You can find Ceilume's Ceiling Tile Adhesive at HomeDepot.com. Standard construction adhesives will work as well, but make sure that the adhesive DOES NOT include polyurethane.
Ceilume's Class A fire rating addresses the Flame Spread and Smoke Production of the material. All Ceilume ceiling tiles carry this warning on HomeDepot.com: As a general rule, Ceilume Ceiling Tiles and Panels will not be affected by ceiling level temperatures up to 120 °F; in some installations involving halogen lights, metal heat registers, and radiant heat sources (wood stoves, kitchen ovens, etc.), localized ceiling and ceiling tile temperatures can be much higher than anticipated. Ceilume does not recommend using these tiles behind or above a wood stove.

Yes, Ceilume's Fleur-de-lis ceiling tile can be glued to a drywall or plaster ceiling. Your ceiling must be relatively smooth and free from flaking or soft spots. Unfortunately they can not be glued to a textured ceiling as the texture will keep the tile joints from meeting properly. When gluing a Fleur-de-lis tile to a ceiling, you'll need one bundle of Decorative Strips for every 10 tiles you're installing. Those self-adhesive strips are meant to cover the joints where the tiles butt together. You can find the Decorative Strips by copying and pasting the following link into your browser: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Ceilume-24-in-x-1-in-Deco-Strips-Stone-Self-Adhesive-Decorative-Strips-25-Strips-Bundle-V3-DECOSTRP-STO/308103205
Before gluing up Ceilume's Fleur-de-lis ceiling tiles (or any glue-on tile), you'll need to make sure that the drywall surface is sound and free from flaking or peeling gypsum or paint. Scrape of any loose, damaged material and make sure the drywall is completely dry. If needed, use drywall mud or crack filler to create a smooth ceiling (it doesn't need to be "paint-ready", just flat). Once the drywall mud/crack filler has dried, give it a very light sanding to knock down any high spots and you're ready to install the tiles. Remember that you'll need to purchase and install Ceilume's Decorative Strips to cover the joints where the tiles but together.
