Ceilume's Soniguard Drop Ceiling Insulation is only meant to be placed on top of lay-in ceiling tiles. It can not be adhered to a ceiling or wall by itself. Consult with the Building Material Pros at your local Home Depot store to see if they have any products that are right for your needs.
