Almost great
The install is simple and it does what it says it will; hang ties. The white matches nicely with the closet system. The issue is that the actual unit is not tight/flush to the track so the bottom drags along the side of the unit. Solved with a couple of furniture sliders but i should not have to solve this problem.

Easy to assemble but with only one (1) sliding track the rack bottom of the rack leans against and rubs on the vertical panel the slide is attached to. A better design would prevent this from occurring.

Nice from the front, but the back is completely unfinished....
Nice from the front, but the back is completely unfinished. No matter how you mount it all you see is the back side when you slide it out.
